Shipping Information*

FREE SHIPPING (USPS - Orders ship from our facility within 3-7 business days.) — domestic orders over $50 ship USPS First Class for free! 

FIRST CLASS (USPS -Orders ship from our facility within 3-7 business days.) — $4 

PRIORITY (Orders ship from our facility within 1-2 business days.) — $8

EXPRESS 2-DAY (Orders placed before 1p.m. ship from our facility within 1 business day.) — $25

Canada — $14

International — $16 (Please be aware of the laws in your country. There is a chance you will be charged an extra custom's tax).

*Estimates do not include the time from when the carrier receives the package to the date the package is delivered. Shipping times may vary during busy seasons.  

Returns 

We want to make sure you love everything about your AnnMarie Accessories products, so we're happy to accept returns for a full refund at the original purchase price within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Items sent back to us for refund must be in unused, unworn condition. Please help us by including original packaging. We hope this makes returns easy for you! If we receive items that are visibly worn, only Online Store Credit will be given and will be subject to a 30% restock fee.

*Refunds will be made minus shipping costs, except when the return is due to defective merchandise. 

All sale items, products noted as final sale in the description, are FINAL sale and cannot be returned.

Once we receive the original item(s) and your package is processed, you will receive a refund in the form of payment that was received (excluding any shipping costs).

**Due to COVID-19, refunds will be processed within 5 business days upon receiving the product. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days to see that refund back in your account.

For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. AnnMarie Accessories is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. In addition, we STRONGLY recommend that you insure the package. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit as we can only credit you for items physically received. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to make changes to your order, please refer to our return policy above.  Previous discounts or promotions cannot be applied to your new order.
